Delivery & Returns Policy
We want you to love your Little Hearts Jewellery piece from the moment it arrives. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Delivery
Delivery times are shown on each product page, as they may vary depending on the piece and whether it is made especially for you or available to dispatch sooner.
Delivery options and costs will be shown at checkout, where applicable.
Please note that personalised or custom-made pieces may take a little longer to prepare, as they are customised especially for you.
Made-to-Order Delivery
Many Little Hearts Jewellery pieces are made especially for you. These products are clearly marked on their product pages.
Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for made-to-order pieces to be created and delivered, unless a different delivery time is shown on the product page.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in their original condition
- Returned with original packaging
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Personalised Items
Personalised or custom-made items are created especially for you and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a clear photo.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and make the process as simple as possible.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing fault, it will be assessed under our Warranty & Repairs policy.
Depending on the issue, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
