• Items made to custom lengths or specifications
• Items or chains that have been altered or shortened

Please check all spelling, dates, initials, measurements, and details carefully before placing your order.

Once a personalised order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it if production has already begun.

Returns on Personalised Items

Because personalised pieces are made especially for you, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrect.

If your personalised item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us with:

• A clear photo of the item
